I have never flagged a fuel stop or even logged it. now I am being told to show 30 mins for fueling and also pretrips and post trips. did something change? or have I just been lucky? [for 10 years] also do you have any info on the new point system that they are going to be starting?

Generally 15 minutes is all that's required for Fuel stops, but you are required to flag fuel stops and to flag a PT and/or Post Trip. Generally drivers log 15 min for a PT first thing in the morning and 15 min for fuel stops (1/2 hour a day). To log 30 minutes for each as you suggested would eat up 1-1/2 hours a day and most drivers don't want to give up that much time every day.

Go to www.landlinemag.com and look down towards the bottom of the page and you'll see a series of articles on the CSA changes.
