In order to answer support questions there are 2 key ingredients you need to include in your post -
    1. If you have an error message on your screen Copy It and Paste It into the message -
    • With the message on your screen hold down the CTRL key and then press the C key.
    • Now return to the forum and with the cursor in the message box hold down the CTRL key and press the V key.

    2. We need to know EXACTLY what to do to create the error you're getting. EXACTLY means just that -
    • WRONG - enter miles.
    • RIGHT - go to Mileage, select Truck #123, Click NEW TRIP and then the error occurs.


Remember we are not looking at your screen so when describing an error or problem you need to give us enough information for use to understand what is going on. Comments such as -
I get an error.", "Click xxxxxx and it crashes.", "It doesn't work", just mean your answer will be delayed while we post a request for more information. Be sure to provide us with detailed information to start with and we'll be able to get you an answer the first time. rolleyes.gif

To help with reporting problems we have put up a Technical Support Request form which outlines the information we need to understand your problem and get you an answer. This forum is mainly designed to help with general HOW TO'S - if you have any error message the TSR form may be a better way to request help.
